Refunds

Refunds will be made in full if any incorrect product(s) were sent to you. 

Refunds will only be made once the products in question has been shipped back to SB Diecast via The Courier Guy

SB Diecast will cover the full refund and the cost of shipping the incorrect product(s) back. Refunds will not be given for any other scenarios other than incorrect items and with photo proof. As per our Terms of service, SB Diecast will not be held responsible for any damaged incurred to items whilst in transit.

Refunds will not be given until the items have been received back.
