Shipping Policy & Rates

Collection
You are more than welcome to collect from us in Northcliff, Johannesburg. Please allow for a minimum of 12-24 hours to ensure that your order is ready for collection. Please do not collect unless you have been notified that your order is ready.

Monday to Friday
08:30 - 17:00

Build a Box
Build a box, ship when you're ready. Shop as you go without paying for delivery, all items will be placed inside a box, you can ship or collect when you're ready. Courier costs will be for the buyer's account and be paid adhoc or on the last online order (when you're ready for all items to be shipped).

Pudo Locker to Locker (fulfilled by The Courier Guy)

We offer Pudo Locker-to-Locker delivery as a convenient and affordable shipping option across South Africa.

How it works:

  • Once your order is placed, it will be packed and dropped off at your nearest Pudo locker location.
  • You will receive an SMS and/or email notification with a unique PIN code when your parcel is ready for collection.
  • Simply visit your selected Pudo locker, enter your PIN, and collect your order at a time that suits you.
  • Parcels are held at the locker for 5 business days. If not collected within this period, the parcel will be returned to us.

Delivery Timeframes:

Pudo Locker-to-Locker deliveries typically take 2–5 business days depending on your location.

Size & Weight Restrictions:

Pudo lockers accommodate parcels up to a maximum size of 40cm x 30cm x 30cm and a maximum weight of 10kg. Orders exceeding these dimensions may need to be shipped via an alternative method.

Cost:
R70 flat fee

Standard Door to Door Courier
We offer reliable door-to-door delivery across South Africa through our courier partners, The Courier Guy, Internet Express or DPD Laser.

How it works:

  • Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, it will be packed and handed over to our courier partner.
  • You will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS once your order has been dispatched.
  • A courier will deliver your parcel directly to your specified delivery address during business hours (Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm).
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel. If no one is available, the courier may attempt redelivery or leave a collection card

Delivery Timeframes:

  • Major cities & urban areas: 2–3 business days
  • Outlying & rural areas: 3–7 business days

Kindly be advised that all orders are inspected prior to dispatch and SB Die Cast will not be held responsible for any damages caused while in transit. 
Once dispatched, it's out of our hands and that all parcels that leave our premises are not insured whatsoever.
